"धनी लोग मलिन (नीच जाति के) होने पर भी कुलीन माने जाते हैं। द्विज का चिह्न जनेऊ मात्र रह गया और नंगे बदन रहना तपस्वी का। जो वेदों और पुराणों को नहीं मानते, कलियुग में वे ही हरिभक्त और सच्चे संत कहलाते हैं॥4॥"
