नृप पाप परायन धर्म नहीं। करि दंड बिडंब प्रजा नितहीं॥3॥

Hindi Meaning
"जब से ससुराल प्यारी लगने लगी, तब से कुटुम्बी शत्रु रूप हो गए। राजा लोग पाप परायण हो गए, उनमें धर्म नहीं रहा। वे प्रजा को नित्य ही (बिना अपराध) दंड देकर उसकी विडंबना (दुर्दशा) किया करते हैं॥3॥"
English Meaning
