Hindi Meaning
"तू बूढ़ा हो गया, नहीं तो तुझे मार ही डालता। अब मेरी आँखों को अपना मुँह न दिखला। रावण के ये वचन सुनकर उसने (माल्यवान् ने) अपने मन में ऐसा अनुमान किया कि इसे कृपानिधान श्री रामजी अब मारना ही चाहते हैं॥2॥"
English Meaning
"…You have grown old, otherwise I would have killed you. Never show me your face again.” Hearing this, Malyavan reflected in his heart that the repository of mercy, Lord Ram, had surely decided to end Ravan’s life, for only then would Ravan ignore every wise counsel placed before him."
