Hindi Meaning
"पति की दशा देखकर वे पुकार-पुकारकर रोने लगीं। उनके बाल खुल गए, देह की संभाल नहीं रही। वे अनेकों प्रकार से छाती पीटती हैं और रोती हुई रावण के प्रताप का बखान करती हैं॥2॥"
English Meaning
"Seeing the condition of their husband, they wailed aloud, their hair falling loose as they lost all awareness of themselves. Beating their chests in anguish, they lamented in many ways, recalling and proclaiming his former glories."
