"करुणानिधान श्री रामचंद्रजी के दोनों ख़ड़ाऊँ प्रजा के प्राणों की रक्षा के लिए मानो दो पहरेदार हैं। भरतजी के प्रेमरूपी रत्न के लिए मानो डिब्बा है और जीव के साधन के लिए मानो राम-नाम के दो अक्षर हैं॥3॥"

"The two sandals of the ocean of mercy, Shri Ram, stood as vigilant guardians, entrusted with the protection of Ayodhya’s people. They could also be likened to a jewellery box, safeguarding the priceless gems of Shri Bharat’s devotion, or to the two syllables of the sacred name “Ram,” symbolising the highest goal of human spiritual practice."
