भरतजी का चित्रकूट में पहुँचना, भरतादि सबका परस्पर मिलाप, पिता का शोक और श्राद्ध – Bharat arrives at Chitrakoot, Bharat and party meet others, mourning of king’s death and homage to the departed soul

"भरतजी की अत्यन्त अनिर्वचनीय दशा देखकर वन के पशु, पक्षी और जड़ (वृक्षादि) जीव प्रेम में मग्न हो गए। प्रेम के विशेष वश होने से सखा निषादराज को भी रास्ता भूल गया। तब देवता सुंदर रास्ता बतलाकर फूल बरसाने लगे॥3॥"

"Seeing Shri Bharat in a state of boundless ecstasy, beyond the reach of words, the birds, animals, and even motionless beings like trees and plants were swept away in divine love. So intense was this outpouring of devotion that Guh, his dear friend and fellow devotee, forgot the way forward. (If even the inanimate world was mesmerized by Bharat ji’s love, how could Guh, a conscious devotee, remain untouched?) At that very moment, the Demigods showered flowers from the Heavens upon the sacred path, gently guiding them toward the presence of the Lord."
