हनुमान्‌जी के द्वारा भरतजी का प्रश्न और श्री रामजी का उपदेश – Hanuman ji presents Bharat ji’s question, followed by Lord Ram’s discourse on the subject

"वे अवगुणों के समुद्र, मन्दबुद्धि, कामी (रागयुक्त), वेदों के निंदक और जबर्दस्ती पराए धन के स्वामी (लूटने वाले) होते हैं। वे दूसरों से द्रोह तो करते ही हैं, परंतु ब्राह्मण द्रोह विशेषता से करते हैं। उनके हृदय में दम्भ और कपट भरा रहता है, परंतु वे ऊपर से सुंदर वेष धारण किए रहते हैं॥4॥"

"…They are an ocean of vices, dull-witted and lustful, critics of the Vedas, and they forcibly appropriate the wealth of others as their own. Hostile toward all, especially Brahmins, their hearts are filled with arrogance and deceit, yet outwardly they disguise themselves with an attractive appearance…"
