"वे माता, पिता, गुरु और ब्राह्मण किसी को नहीं मानते। आप तो नष्ट हुए ही रहते हैं, (साथ ही अपने संग से) दूसरों को भी नष्ट करते हैं। मोहवश दूसरों से द्रोह करते हैं। उन्हें न संतों का संग अच्छा लगता है, न भगवान्‌ की कथा ही सुहाती है॥3॥"

"…They do not respect their mother, father, teacher, or the learned Brahmins. Ruined themselves, they lead others to ruin as well. Driven by attachment, they harbour hostility toward others; they find no joy in the company of Saints nor in the stories of the Lord…"
