"खबर सुनते ही सब माताएँ उठ दौड़ीं। भरतजी ने प्रभु की कुशल कहकर सबको समझाया। नगर निवासियों ने यह समाचार पाया, तो स्त्री-पुरुष सभी हर्षित होकर दौड़े॥2॥"
English Meaning
"Hearing this news, all the mothers rose at once and began to run in excitement, but Bharat ji calmed their anxious hearts by personally assuring them of the Lord’s well-being. When the citizens learned of this joyful news, men and women alike rushed out with great delight to meet Shri Ram."
