Hindi Meaning
"मेघनाद की मूर्च्छा छूटी, (तब) पिता को देखकर उसे बड़ी शर्म लगी। मैं अजय (अजेय होने को) यज्ञ करूँ, ऐसा मन में निश्चय करके वह तुरंत श्रेष्ठ पर्वत की गुफा में चला गया॥1॥"
English Meaning
"Meanwhile, Meghnad regained consciousness and, feeling deeply ashamed before his father, immediately departed for a mountain cave, harbouring the intent to perform a sacrificial rite through which he hoped to attain invincibility."
