Hindi Meaning
"उस समय नाना प्रकार के अपशकुन होने लगे। बहुत से गदहे, स्यार और कुत्ते रोने लगे। जगत् के दुःख (अशुभ) को सूचित करने के लिए पक्षी बोलने लगे। आकाश में जहाँ-तहाँ केतु (पुच्छल तारे) प्रकट हो गए॥4॥"
English Meaning
"At that very moment, many dreadful omens appeared. Donkeys, jackals, and dogs began to howl, birds shrieked as if warning the world of impending doom, and the sky filled with comets scattered in every direction."
