"अरे मूर्ख! मैंने बूढ़ा जानकर तुझको छोड़ दिया था। अरे अधम! अब तू मुझे ही ललकारने लगा है? ऐसा कहकर उसने चमकता हुआ त्रिशूल चलाया। जाम्बवान् उसी त्रिशूल को हाथ से पकड़कर दौड़ा॥3॥"
