Hindi Meaning
"पर्वत और वृक्षों को लेकर वानर आकाश में दौड़कर जाते हैं। पर उसे देख नहीं पाते, इससे दुःखी होकर लौट आते हैं। मेघनाद ने माया के बल से अटपटी घाटियों, रास्तों और पर्वतों-कन्दराओं को बाणों के पिंजरे बना दिए (बाणों से छा दिया)॥3॥"
English Meaning
"Holding mountains and trees, the monkeys leapt into the sky but, unable to see Meghnad, returned in utter disappointment. Using his illusory powers, Meghnad thickly blanketed the rugged valleys, pathways, and mountain caves until they resembled cages made of arrows."
