"सब मिलकर रावण को गालियाँ देने लगे कि राज्य करते हुए इसने मृत्यु को बुला लिया। रावण ने जब अपनी सेना का विचलित होना कानों से सुना, तब (भागते हुए) योद्धाओं को लौटाकर वह क्रोधित होकर बोला-॥3॥"
English Meaning
"Everyone began hurling abuses at Ravan, saying he had invited his own death while enjoying his sovereignty. When Ravan heard that his demon army had lost ground and the warriors had fled, he was consumed with fury."
