Hindi Meaning
"भूत, पिशाच और बेताल, बड़े-बड़े झोंटों वाले महान् भयंकर झोटिंग और प्रमथ (शिवगण) उस नदी में स्नान करते हैं। कौए और चील भुजाएँ लेकर उड़ते हैं और एक-दूसरे से छीनकर खा जाते हैं॥1॥"
English Meaning
"In that river of blood, ghosts, demons, goblins, and the fearsome, long-haired, massive attendants of Lord Shiv plunged and roamed at will, while crows and eagles circled overhead, clutching the severed arms of fallen warriors in their beaks, snatching, tearing, and feeding in fierce rivalry."
