Hindi Meaning
"राजा को अत्यन्त डर लगा, जिसके कारण वे उत्तर नहीं देते। यह देखकर कुटिल राजा मन में बड़े प्रसन्न हुए। देवता, मुनि, नाग और नगर के स्त्री-पुरुष सभी सोच करने लगे, सबके हृदय में बड़ा भय है॥3॥"
English Meaning
"King Janak remained silent, gripped by fear. The wicked kings, however, felt secretly pleased in their hearts. Meanwhile, the Demigods, Sages, Serpents, and the men and women of the city were all overcome with unease, every heart was filled with dread."
