वाल्मीकि जी, वेद, देवी, देवताओं आदि की वंदना – Salutations to Sages, Gods and Goddesses

"उन्होंने (अपनी पुरी में रहने वाले) सीताजी की निंदा करने वाले (धोबी और उसके समर्थक पुर-नर-नारियों) के पाप समूह को नाश कर उनको शोकरहित बनाकर अपने लोक (धाम) में बसा दिया। मैं कौशल्या रूपी पूर्व दिशा की वन्दना करता हूँ, जिसकी कीर्ति समस्त संसार में फैल रही है॥2॥"

"Lord Ram, in His boundless compassion, even forgave the washerman who had cast aspersions on Sita ji. Not only did Ram ji absolve him of his sins, but He also freed him from guilt and granted him a place in His heavenly abode. I then bow to Mother Kaushalya, whose glory is likened to the radiant eastern horizon from where the Sun rises, spreading her fame far and wide across the world."
