Hindi Meaning
"तब वामदेवजी और वशिष्ठजी आए। उन्होंने सब मंत्रियों तथा महाजनों को बुलाया। फिर मुनि वशिष्ठजी ने परमार्थ के सुंदर समयानुकूल वचन कहकर बहुत प्रकार से भरतजी को उपदेश दिया॥4॥"
English Meaning
"At that moment, the revered Sages Vaamdev ji and Vashishth ji arrived. They summoned all the Ministers and the distinguished citizens of the city. Sage Vashishth then offered Bharat ji various forms of counsel, speaking words of wisdom that were fitting for the time and circumstance."
