Hindi Meaning
"जो कोई राम, लक्ष्मण या जानकी का नाम ले लेता है, घोड़े हिकर-हिकरकर उसकी ओर प्यार से देखने लगते हैं। घोड़ों की विरह दशा कैसे कही जा सकती है? वे ऐसे व्याकुल हैं, जैसे मणि के बिना साँप व्याकुल होता है॥4॥"
English Meaning
"If anyone mentioned the name of Shri Ram, Lakshman ji, or Sita ji, the horses would neigh softly and gaze at that person with affection. How can one possibly describe the depth of their sorrow? They were as restless as a serpent bereft of its precious gem."
