Hindi Meaning
"मंत्री का (अकेले ही) आना सुनकर सारा रनिवास व्याकुल हो गया। राजमहल उनको ऐसा भयानक लगा मानो प्रेतों का निवास स्थान (श्मशान) हो॥147॥"
English Meaning
"Upon hearing that the Minister had returned alone, everyone in the Queen’s palace grew restless. The palace, once filled with life, now felt fearfully desolate, like a haunted abode of wandering spirits."
