"ईश्वर की आज्ञा सभी के सिर पर है। उत्पत्ति, स्थिति (पालन) और लय (संहार) तथा अमृत और विष के भी सिर पर है (ये सब भी उसी के अधीन हैं)। हे देवि! मोहवश सोच करना व्यर्थ है। विधाता का प्रपंच ऐसा ही अचल और अनादि है॥3॥"
