Hindi Meaning
"भावार्थ:-वन की मनोहरता वर्णन नहीं की जा सकती, मानो पृथ्वी जनकजी की पहुनाई कर रही है। तब जनकपुर वासी सब लोग नहा-नहाकर श्री रामचन्द्रजी, जनकजी और मुनि की आज्ञा पाकर, सुंदर वृक्षों को देख-देखकर प्रेम में भरकर जहाँ-तहाँ उतरने लगे। पवित्र, सुंदर और अमृत के समान (स्वादिष्ट) अनेकों प्रकार के पत्ते, फल, मूल और कंद-॥3-4॥"
English Meaning
"The splendour of the region was indescribable, filling every heart with joy. It felt as though the Earth itself was extending a warm welcome to King Janak. Everyone bathed in the sacred waters of the Mandakini River, and the sight of the towering, beautiful trees filled them with delight. With the blessing of Shri Ram, Sage Vashishth, and King Janak, the citizens entered the forest and began setting up their camps. Edible leaves, fruits, roots, and bulbs, each as lovely, sweet, and pure as ambrosia…"
