Hindi Meaning
"श्री रघुनाथजी और सुमंत्र का यह संवाद सुनकर निषादराज कुटुम्बियों सहित व्याकुल हो गया। फिर लक्ष्मणजी ने कुछ कड़वी बात कही। प्रभु श्री रामचन्द्रजी ने उसे बहुत ही अनुचित जानकर उनको मना किया॥2॥"
English Meaning
"Hearing the exchange between Shri Raghunath and Minister Sumantra, the Nishad Chief, Guh and his family were overcome with sorrow. At that moment, Lakshman ji, unable to contain his emotion, spoke sharply, but Shri Ram restrained him, knowing his words were untimely and inappropriate."
