Hindi Meaning
"निषादराज को जोहार कर-करके सब निषाद चले। सभी बड़े शूरवीर हैं और संग्राम में लड़ना उन्हें बहुत अच्छा लगता है। श्री रामचन्द्रजी के चरणकमलों की जूतियों का स्मरण करके उन्होंने भाथियाँ (छोटे-छोटे तरकस) बाँधकर धनुहियों (छोटे-छोटे धनुषों) पर प्रत्यंचा चढ़ाई॥2॥"
English Meaning
"After offering their obeisance to their Chief one by one, all the Nishads departed, valiant warriors, fearless and eager for battle. Meditating upon the sacred sandals of Lord Ram’s lotus feet, they fastened their quivers, strung their bows…"
