Hindi Meaning
"कोमल वाणी से भाँति-भाँति की कथाएँ कहकर निषाद ने जबर्दस्ती लाकर सुमंत्र को रथ पर बैठाया, परन्तु शोक के मारे वे इतने शिथिल हो गए कि रथ को हाँक नहीं सकते। उनके हृदय में श्री रामचन्द्रजी के विरह की बड़ी तीव्र वेदना है॥2॥"
English Meaning
"Guh softly consoled Sumantra ji with many tales and gently urged him to take his seat on the chariot. But Sumantra ji, overwhelmed with grief and the pain of separation from Shri Raghuveer, found himself unable to take the reins, his heart heavy with sorrow."
