Hindi Meaning
"मुनि के वचन सुनकर भरत के हृदय में सोच हुआ कि यह बेमौके बड़ा बेढब संकोच आ पड़ा! फिर गुरुजनों की वाणी को महत्वपूर्ण (आदरणीय) समझकर, चरणों की वंदना करके हाथ जोड़कर बोले-॥1॥"
English Meaning
"Hearing the Sage’s words, Bharat ji felt a pang of sorrow in his heart. Knowing that this was not an appropriate time to accept a meal (especially while observing a fast) he hesitated. Yet, recognising the sacred weight of the Guru’s words, he bowed at the Sage’s feet and, with folded hands, humbly replied,…"
