Hindi Meaning
"भावार्थ : रावण सूना मौका देखकर यति (संन्यासी) के वेष में श्री सीताजी के समीप आया, जिसके डर से देवता और दैत्य तक इतना डरते हैं कि रात को नींद नहीं आती और दिन में (भरपेट) अन्न नहीं खाते-॥4॥"
English Meaning
"Seeing that Sita ji was alone, the ten-headed Ravan drew near in the guise of a hermit. So dreadful was his might that both Demigods and demons were deprived of sleep at night and felt no hunger by day…"
