"सभी तारागणों के साथ सोलह कलाओं से पूर्ण चंद्रमा उदय हो और जितने पर्वत हैं उन सब में दावाग्नि लगा दी जाए, तो भी सूर्य के उदय हुए बिना रात्रि नहीं जा सकती॥ 78ख॥"
