Hindi Meaning
"(काकभुशुण्डिजी कहते हैं-) हे पक्षीराज गुरुड़जी! सुनिए। श्री राम के राज्य में जड़, चेतन सारे जगत् में काल, कर्म स्वभाव और गुणों से उत्पन्न हुए दुःख किसी को भी नहीं होते (अर्थात् इनके बंधन में कोई नहीं है)॥21॥"
English Meaning
"Kak Bhushundi ji said to Garud ji, “Listen, O’ King of Birds, during the reign of Shri Ram no being, whether animate or inanimate, suffered from the effects of time, karma, or innate nature…"
