Hindi Meaning
"कलिकाल ने मनुष्य को बेहाल (अस्त-व्यस्त) कर डाला। कोई बहिन-बेटी का भी विचार नहीं करता। (लोगों में) न संतोष है, न विवेक है और न शीतलता है। जाति, कुजाति सभी लोग भीख माँगने वाले हो गए॥3॥"
English Meaning
"…Kaliyug brought distress upon all people, and no one respected the sanctity even of one’s own sister or daughter. Contentment, discernment, and modesty vanished, and individuals of every class, whether high or low, were reduced to begging…"
