Hindi Meaning
"संन्यासी बहुत धन लगाकर घर सजाते हैं। उनमें वैराग्य नहीं रहा, उसे विषयों ने हर लिया। तपस्वी धनवान हो गए और गृहस्थ दरिद्र। हे तात! कलियुग की लीला कुछ कही नहीं जाती॥1॥"
English Meaning
"…Ascetics built houses for themselves and adorned them at great expense. Devoid of detachment, they succumbed to material pleasures. The ascetics grew wealthy, while householders were reduced to poverty. O’ Master, the ways of Kaliyug are beyond description…"
