Hindi Meaning
"तब मुदिता (प्रसन्नता) रूपी कमोरी में तत्व विचार रूपी मथानी से दम (इंद्रिय दमन) के आधार पर (दम रूपी खंभे आदि के सहारे) सत्य और सुंदर वाणी रूपी रस्सी लगाकर उसे मथें और मथकर तब उसमें से निर्मल, सुंदर और अत्यंत पवित्र वैराग्य रूपी मक्खन निकाल लें॥8॥"
English Meaning
"…Thereafter, the curd thus prepared should be churned in the earthen vessel of cheerfulness, using the churning rod of self-control, bound with the cord of truthfulness and gentle speech. By such churning, one extracts the pure, excellent, and sacred butter of dispassion…"
