Hindi Meaning
"धूल रास्ते में निरादर से पड़ी रहती है और सदा सब (राह चलने वालों) की लातों की मार सहती है। पर जब पवन उसे उड़ाता (ऊँचा उठाता) है, तो सबसे पहले वह उसी (पवन) को भर देती है और फिर राजाओं के नेत्रों और किरीटों (मुकुटों) पर पड़ती है॥6॥"
English Meaning
