Hindi Meaning
"जो आचारहीन है और वेदमार्ग को छोड़े हुए है, कलियुग में वही ज्ञानी और वही वैराग्यवान् है। जिसके बड़े-बड़े नख और लंबी-लंबी जटाएँ हैं, वही कलियुग में प्रसिद्ध तपस्वी है॥4॥"
English Meaning
