हनुमान्‌जी के द्वारा भरतजी का प्रश्न और श्री रामजी का उपदेश – Hanuman ji presents Bharat ji’s question, followed by Lord Ram’s discourse on the subject

"उनका झूठा ही लेना और झूठा ही देना होता है। झूठा ही भोजन होता है और झूठा ही चबेना होता है। (अर्थात्‌ वे लेने-देने के व्यवहार में झूठ का आश्रय लेकर दूसरों का हक मार लेते हैं अथवा झूठी डींग हाँका करते हैं कि हमने लाखों रुपए ले लिए, करोड़ों का दान कर दिया। इसी प्रकार खाते हैं चने की रोटी और कहते हैं कि आज खूब माल खाकर आए। अथवा चबेना चबाकर रह जाते हैं और कहते हैं हमें बढ़िया भोजन से वैराग्य है, इत्यादि। मतलब यह कि वे सभी बातों में झूठ ही बोला करते हैं।) जैसे मोर साँपों को भी खा जाता है। वैसे ही वे भी ऊपर से मीठे वचन बोलते हैं। (परंतु हृदय के बड़े ही निर्दयी होते हैं)॥4॥"
