Hindi Meaning
"उज्ज्वल महल ऊपर आकाश को चूम (छू) रहे हैं। महलों पर के कलश (अपने दिव्य प्रकाश से) मानो सूर्य, चंद्रमा के प्रकाश की भी निंदा (तिरस्कार) करते हैं। (महलों में) बहुत सी मणियों से रचे हुए झरोखे सुशोभित हैं और घर-घर में मणियों के दीपक शोभा पा रहे हैं॥4॥"
English Meaning
"The bright white palaces rose so high that they seemed to touch the sky, and their gleaming pinnacles outshone the Sun and the Moon. The peepholes and windows were adorned with many kinds of precious stones, and every house was illuminated by jewels that themselves served as lamps."
