Hindi Meaning
"अभिमानी, कुटिल, दुर्भाग्य और कुजाति मैं दिन-रात गुरुजी से द्रोह करता। गुरुजी अत्यंत दयालु थे, उनको थोड़ा सा भी क्रोध नहीं आता। (मेरे द्रोह करने पर भी) वे बार-बार मुझे उत्तम ज्ञान की ही शिक्षा देते थे॥4॥"
English Meaning
"…I was egoistic, cunning, unfortunate, and base in nature, harbouring hostility toward my Guru day and night. Yet my Guru, exceedingly benevolent and compassionate, never lost his temper and continued to impart wisdom to me again and again…"
