स्वारथ मीत सकल जग माहीं। सपनेहुँ प्रभु परमारथ नाहीं॥3॥

Hindi Meaning
"हे असुरों के शत्रु! जगत् में बिना हेतु के (निःस्वार्थ) उपकार करने वाले तो दो ही हैं- एक आप, दूसरे आपके सेवक। जगत् में (शेष) सभी स्वार्थ के मित्र हैं। हे प्रभो! उनमें स्वप्न में भी परमार्थ का भाव नहीं है॥3॥"
English Meaning
"…O’ Enemy of the demons, there are only two in this world who are selflessly benevolent, You and Your devotees. All others form friendships out of selfish interest. O’ Lord, no one truly thinks of another’s highest spiritual welfare, not even in their dreams.”"
