"आप ज्ञान के भंडार, (स्वयं) मानरहित और (दूसरों को) मान देने वाले हैं। वेद और पुराण आपका पावन सुंदर यश गाते हैं। आप तत्त्व के जानने वाले, की हुई सेवा को मानने वाले और अज्ञान का नाश करने वाले हैं। हे निरंजन (मायारहित)! आपके अनेकों (अनंत) नाम हैं और कोई नाम नहीं है (अर्थात्‌ आप सब नामों के परे हैं)॥3॥"
