"सब माताएँ श्री रघुनाथजी का कमल सा मुखड़ा देख रही हैं। (नेत्रों से प्रेम के आँसू उमड़े आते हैं, परंतु) मंगल का समय जानकर वे आँसुओं के जल को नेत्रों में ही रोक रखती हैं। सोने के थाल से आरती उतारती हैं और बार-बार प्रभु के श्री अंगों की ओर देखती हैं॥2॥"

"All the mothers gazed upon the Lord’s lotus feet, and recognising the moment as one of great rejoicing, they restrained their tears. Holding golden plates adorned with festal lamps and sacred articles, they performed arti (the tradition of waving a tray with a ghee lamp and other auspicious items to offer reverence and to ward off evil eye) for Shri Ram and again and again cast loving glances upon His divine form."
