Hindi Meaning
"हे नाथ! हे धीर बुद्धि! पहले तो यह बताइए कि सबसे दुर्लभ कौन सा शरीर है फिर सबसे बड़ा दुःख कौन है और सबसे बड़ा सुख कौन है, यह भी विचार कर संक्षेप में ही कहिए॥2॥"
English Meaning
"…First, tell me, O’ Serene-minded Lord, which form of body is the most difficult to obtain. Then, kindly reflect and explain in brief what is the greatest misery, and what is the highest joy…"
