"वे पराई संपत्ति का नाश करके स्वयं नष्ट हो जाते हैं, जैसे खेती का नाश करके ओले नष्ट हो जाते हैं। दुष्ट का अभ्युदय (उन्नति) प्रसिद्ध अधम ग्रह केतु के उदय की भाँति जगत के दुःख के लिए ही होता है॥10॥"
