"जिसके डरपोंक बिभीषण से मंत्री हैं उसके विजय और विभूति कहाँ? खल रावनके ये वचन सुनकर दूतको बड़ा क्रोध आया। इससे उसने अवसर जानकर लक्ष्मणके हाथकी पत्री निकाली॥4॥"
English Meaning
"…How can victory or glory ever favour one whose Minister is as cowardly as Vibhishan?” Hearing these words from the wretched Ravan, the spy’s anger flared, and seizing the right moment, he drew out the letter from Shri Lakshman."
