Hindi Meaning
"(वे सोचते जाते थे-) मैं जाकर भगवान् के कोमल और लाल वर्ण के सुंदर चरण कमलों के दर्शन करूँगा, जो सेवकों को सुख देने वाले हैं, जिन चरणों का स्पर्श पाकर ऋषि पत्नी अहल्या तर गईं और जो दंडकवन को पवित्र करने वाले हैं॥3॥"
English Meaning
"He thought, “Now I shall go and behold the lotus feet of Shri Ram, soft, with reddish soles, the very source of joy for His devotees. I will gaze upon those divine feet whose touch liberated the wife of Sage Gautam, and the same feet that removed the curse from the Dandakaran forest, sanctifying it once more…"
