"छोटे भाई समेत प्रभु के चरण पकड़ना (और कहना कि) आप दीनबंधु हैं, शरणागत के दुःखों को हरने वाले हैं और मैं मन, वचन और कर्म से आपके चरणों की अनुरागिणी हूँ। फिर स्वामी (आप) ने मुझे किस अपराध से त्याग दिया?॥2॥"

"…(Sita ji said), Clasp the feet of the Lord and His younger brother and convey these words to Lord Ram: ‘O’ Friend of the helpless, protector of those who take refuge in Your feet, I bow to You with my mind, speech, and body. Tell me, my Lord, for what fault of mine have You abandoned me?…"
