Hindi Meaning
"पुत्र का वध सुनकर रावण क्रोधित हो उठा और उसने (अपने जेठे पुत्र) बलवान् मेघनाद को भेजा। (उससे कहा कि-) हे पुत्र! मारना नहीं उसे बाँध लाना। उस बंदर को देखा जाए कि कहाँ का है॥1॥"
English Meaning
"When Ravan learned of his son’s death, he was enraged and sent forth his powerful son, Meghnad. He commanded him, saying, “Do not kill him, but bind him and bring him before me. I wish to see where this monkey has come from.”"
