Hindi Meaning
"उसने धनुष पर सन्धान करके बाणों के समूह छोड़े। वे बाण सर्प की तरह उड़कर जा लगते थे। पृथ्वी-आकाश और दिशा-विदिशा सर्वत्र बाण भर रहे हैं। वानर भागें तो कहाँ? अत्यंत कोलाहल मच गया। वानर-भालुओं की सेना व्याकुल होकर आर्त्त पुकार करने लगी- हे रघुवीर! हे करुणासागर! हे पीड़ितों के बन्धु! हे सेवकों की रक्षा करके उनके दुःख हरने वाले हरि!"
English Meaning
"Fitting arrows to the ten bows in his twenty arms, he released a fierce barrage of arrows that flew like winged serpents and struck the monkeys, filling the ground, the sky, and all ten directions with arrows, leaving the monkeys and bears with nowhere to escape, and a wild uproar arose as they cried out in distress, “O’ Raghuveer, O’ Ocean of mercy, O’ Friend of the suppliant, O’ Saviour of Your devotees, O’ Hari, remover of the suffering of Your servants.”"
