Hindi Meaning
"नाक-कान काटे गए, ऐसा मन में जानकर बड़ी ग्लानि हुई और वह क्रोध करके लौटा। एक तो वह स्वभाव (आकृति) से ही भयंकर था और फिर बिना नाक-कान का होने से और भी भयानक हो गया। उसे देखते ही वानरों की सेना में भय उत्पन्न हो गया॥5॥"
English Meaning
"Kumbhkaran was seized with remorse when he realized he had been deprived of his nose and ears, and in a rage he turned back toward the monkey army. Fierce by nature, he looked even more terrifying now without his nose and ears. The moment the monkey army saw him, fear arose in their ranks."
