Hindi Meaning
"शेषजी (लक्ष्मणजी) उस पर अनेक प्रकार से प्रहार करने लगे। राक्षस के प्राणमात्र शेष रह गए। रावणपुत्र मेघनाद ने मन में अनुमान किया कि अब तो प्राण संकट आ बना, ये मेरे प्राण हर लेंगे॥3॥"
English Meaning
"Lakshman ji inflicted numerous injuries on Meghnad, leaving him gravely wounded and close to death. Realizing that his life was truly in danger and that Lakshman ji might end it at any moment, Ravan’s son grew fearful in his heart."
