Hindi Meaning
"भावार्थ : सुग्रीव ने कहा- हे रघुनाथजी! सुनिए! चंद्रमा में पृथ्वी की छाया दिखाई दे रही है। किसी ने कहा- चंद्रमा को राहु ने मारा था। वही (चोट का) काला दाग हृदय पर पड़ा हुआ है॥3॥"
English Meaning
"Sugriv said, “Listen, O’ Chief of the Raghus, what we see on the Moon are merely the shadows of the Earth.” Another said, “When the demon Rahu once attacked the Moon, the mark left upon his heart still appears as those dark spots.”"
